The Terroir :  
Deep dark clay soil with a south-east exposition. The vines are hold than 30 years old.
Age of the vines:
30 years ol on average
Winemaking:

As natural as possible :the grapes go directly to the pneumatic press by gravity.. After 48 hours of natural settling, the juice goes to stainless still tank where the fermentation temperatures are controlled.

 

Tasting notes:

This variety was introduced into Alsace at the end of the 18th century.Light yellow colour tinged with green.The sylvaner 2004 is a light, fresh, fruity wine with a hint of sparkle.

The Terroir :  
Limestone and dark brown clay mixed terroir, the vineyard is situated on the top of a hill where the sun shine during all the day.
Age of the vines:
30 year old on average

As natural as possible :the grapes go directly to the pneumatic press by gravity.. After 48 hours of natural settling, the juice goes to stainless still tank where the fermentation temperatures are controlled.

 

Tasting notes:
In Alsace the first references to Pinot date back to the 16th century. Pale golden colour. Bright and clear. Structured and well-balanced the pinot blanc is also supple with fine aromas (yellow plums and honey) and good levels of acidity.

The Terroir :  
Pink sandstone soil. Very typical terroir in Alsace, situated on the top of the GRAND CRU WOLXHEIM, the block has south exposition.

20 years old on average
Winemaking:

As natural as possible :the grapes go directly to the pneumatic press by gravity.. After 48 hours of natural settling, the juice goes to stainless still tank where the fermentation temperatures are controlled.

 

Tasting notes:

This is Alsace's flagship grape. Light yellow colour tinged with green.Always dry the Riesling 2004 is marked by citrus fruit; it also shows a hint of liquorice. Perfectly balanced, this Riesling is very long on the finish.

The Terroir :  
A quiet unusual terroir, composed of clay and slide of Gypsum. A stiff slope with south exposition
Age of the vines:
25 years on average
Winemaking:

As natural as possible :the grapes go directly to the pneumatic press by gravity.. After 48 hours of natural settling, the juice goes to stainless still tank where the fermentation temperatures are controlled.

 

Tasting notes:

The Tokay Pinot gris grape originated in Burgundy (where it is called Pinot Beurot) but it has been a familiar sight in Alsace since the end of the 17th century. Pale golden colour. Bright and clear.Pinot gris 2004 has a pleasant freshness with the slight hint of smokiness typical of the grape variety that heightens the complexity. Rich and harmonious Pinot Gris 2004 has a perfect balance between residual sugar and natural acidity.

The Terroir :  
Red clay soil on a south exposition slope. Some of the vine stocks are older that 40 years hold.
Age of the vines :
20 years old on average
Winemaking:

As natural as possible :the grapes go directly to the pneumatic press by gravity.. After 48 hours of natural settling, the juice goes to stainless still tank where the fermentation temperatures are controlled.

 

Tasting notes:
Beautiful deep golden yellow.The nose shows lots of spice and fruit. The taste is fresh and vibrant. Gewurztraminer 2003 is long and persistent with fruity aromas on the finish.
