-
The village of Wolxheim has been famous for the Riesling and the Gewurztraminer since the 15th century. Limestone and sandstone give birth to elegant wines. The "Clos Rothstein" (bottles as Gewurztraminer « Les 5 Pierres ») is on the same sadstone soil as the stone used for Strasbourg cathedral.
